Sample Answer:
From where I stand, taking regular breaks during work or study is essential for maintaining high levels of productivity and concentration. Breaks can help to boost morale, reduce stress, and provide an opportunity to step away from tasks in order to refresh and refocus. During breaks, it is important to take time to engage in activities that promote relaxation and well-being, such as taking a walk, doing some stretching, or enjoying a healthy snack.
