Part 3 Travelling 1
Question 1: What kind of places are popular to visit in your country?
解题思路:
此题可以从文化历史景点、自然景点、现代都市等角度回答。
Sample Answer:
Well China is a vast country with a rich history and culture, so there're many popular places for travelers, like some historical landmarks including the Great Wall, the Terracotta Warriors in Xi'an, and the ancient water town of Wuzhen. I also recommend some natural attractions such as the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which inspired the scenery in the movie Avatar. Apart from those places, there're many popular modern cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou. If you're interested in the recent developments in China, you must visit those cities.
Question 2: Do you prefer to travel alone or with others? Why?
解题思路:
Part 3 选择类题型可以灵活回答:选其一,或者都选,并拓展相关利弊。 可以先整体说一说其他人可能的选择,再给出个人选择。
Sample Answer:
Some people may enjoy the freedom and independence of solo travel, while others prefer the company and social interaction of traveling with others. For me, traveling with others can be a lot of fun and can provide a sense of security and support, like you can share experiences and create memories with friends or family, and have someone to talk to and share the journey with.
Question 3: Have you ever experienced any problems when traveling? What happened?
Sample Answer:
Yes i have. I remember traveling to Thailand once. I don't speak the language so i had trouble talking to the taxi driver about where I was going. This kind of language barriers is quite common, i think, especially when we travel overseas. I've also been to the US and experienced culture shock there. I can still recall some girls wearing very revealing clothes and even looking at them made me feel shy. But this type of cultural experiences can be really fascinating and can be something we share with family and friends after we come back home.
