地点和时间限制为:a new place; recently。在解释此次户外运动的变化时,可以从能力是否提升,结果是否更好,是否遇到特殊情况(下雨、受伤)等角度拓展。

Sample Answer 1 (6分段参考):
We should try to go out to get closer to the natural and change our sedentary lifestyle now. Now, I would like to talk about an outdoor activity that I started recently. It’s hiking. I went to hike with my roommates in a mountain which was not far away from my university and as far as I remembered it took us about 20 minutes to drive there. Then we walked for about 30 minutes until reaching the top of the mountain. We used the compass to find out the east where the sun wound rise up.
As to weather I asked for help during the hiking trip...well, I would say yes. At the beginning, I felt really sleepy and tired. My backpack got so heavy on my shoulders so I just wanted to give it up and return to the car. But then, my roommates gave me a hand and helped carry my bags so I could have enough energy to reach the top of the mountain. Besides, what touched me a lot was that they gave me lots of pep talk, making me believe that I could fulfill the challenge.
As to what change you had in the activity...well, I got more confident for sure as we finally got the top of the mountain and watched the sunrise. It was an experience that totally impressed me, I mean the view was marvelous and even the air had a hint of fragrance cos it was so fresh. That also triggered my interests in hiking and getting into more outdoor activities, instead of just sitting in front of a computer and binge on social media.
Sample Answer 2 (7分段参考):
Actually I'm not an outdoor person, but I do enjoy fishing with my grandfather during the holidays. So it was around 3 weeks ago. One evening at dinner my grandpa was asking if I’d like to join him for fishing. I was in the mood for some fresh air so I nodded. We normally go fishing at a nearby lake, but we've found a new location recently. It's way better than the old spot cuz it's a much deeper and bigger lake, which means more fish!
The new location was recommended by one of his friends, and my grandpa had never been there before, so we drove there and had to rely on GPS navigation. Soon after we arrived, my grandpa handed me the fishing rod, expecting me to reel in some fish, but I kind of looked at him innocently, suggesting that I didn't know how to do that. So he did most of the work for me, and I simply sat there, holding the rod and waiting for something good to catch. So I didn't really ASK for help but I definitely got lots of support from my grandpa.
So what changed during that fishing experience? Well, I'm very proud to say that it was the only time I’d caught THREE fish that day, which was incredible cuz that had never happened before. But the truth is, it's got nothing to do with my fishing skills. It was pure luck (smile).
