审题时注意关键词:popular; sports place, 以及时态:you've been to。可以描述体育馆stadium,健身房gym,公园park等, 内容要围绕体育活动展开。建议拓展位置、交通、活动、受欢迎原因、并从服务、器材、环境等不同方面描述感受。

Sample Answer 1 (6分段参考):
There are several stadiums, arenas in my hometown. However, the most popular one, especially among young persons, is a sports field near Qingdao University. Basically, I firstly visited the place about one year ago when our school held the sport meeting there. Another time was last winter, I went there for ice skating when they turned the middle part into an ice rink. With the great background music and lighting, it was a kind of exciting and romantic experience.
As to what I did there...well, I went there for taking part in the sports meeting so I run on the track. Also, there was a multi-purpose room where we would play badminton and participated in the swimming game. However, I spent most of my time sitting there to watch the game, playing a role of a spectator.
Moving on to how I felt about the sports field...well, I would say it’s a very popular place, always filled with people because of its improvements in new lighting, renovated change areas and revitalized atheistic facilities. No matter what kind of games you are into, you can play it on that field. Plus, what attract people to go there would be the accessibility. I mean, there are two subway stations within walking distance and one parking lot right next to the filed. So you don’t need to worry about parking. If you are hungry, you can even find some food carts outside the place. It’s just super convenient for us to hang out there and play some sports.
Sample Answer 2 (7分段参考):
Okay so regarding this topic, the first place coming to my mind was Helong Stadium, the biggest local stadium in the heart of my city. It's a place where people in all age groups spend their leisure time doing sports and also where professional athletes compete against each other.
It's downtown which means public transport is easily accessible. I've been there many times actually, and I would normally take the subway there. I do drive but parking can be a pain in the neck, so I think the subway or the bus is a better choice.
The last time I went there was a couple of months ago. I took my family there to swim cuz there's this huge indoor swimming pool, which's really family-friendly. We practiced our swimming skills and had some fun together. It was during the summer so this was a great way to cool off as well.
It seems to me that Helong stadium is well-liked because of its state-of-the-art sports equipment and facilities. There're quite a few indoor courts where local people can play tennis, badminton, or pingpong, all of which are very popular ball games in my city. As well as that, it's not that expensive, much cheaper than getting a membership at a gym. Another important factor is that this stadium is like the only venue for important sporting events. For instance, i remember an international soccer match was hosted there a few years ago and it attracted tons of spectators.
