Should employees have their own goals?

解题思路: 

这是一道优缺点的题目，询问员工是否应该有自己的目标。 这里建议答案是肯定的，因为更加好说反之，论证方面容易不太清晰。着重说有目标的好处即可，例如会更好的达到生活与工作的平衡，或者掌握相关的技能，以及更加投入到自己的工作中等。可以着重从个人发展和公司发展两个方面进行阐述。

I'm 100% positive that employees should have their own goals related to any aspect of their lives for example，money，promotion，fulfillment of their potentials etc. What I mean is basically you need to have a goal to strike a balance between work and life, like how many hours you spend on your work or just idling the day away, and that would be of great significance to your physical and mental health.

Besides, if the staff is targeting on starting their own business. Maybe they would be more involved in the existing jobs to acquire more skills and knowledge，which would definitely be a win-win situation to both employers and employees.
