What can be improved in public transport services?

解题思路: 

这个题目是问公共交通的缺点，以及改进建议。我们可以从多个方面来列举需改进的地方，并且可以解释为什么这种改变很重要，也可以给出例子证明，会给乘客带来什么样的结果和体验。比如，公共交通的频次，可以提升一下，减少乘客的等候时间；其次，还可以改善车内环境，比如空调的安装，座椅的舒适度等。

Sample Answer:

There are many aspects that can be improved, in my opinion. Firstly, it will the frequency. For some bus lines, the waiting time can be around 30mins if it’s not longer, which can easily frustrate passengers. Also, some bus drivers do not follow the timetable strictly. Just think about the scenario that you arrive at the bus station on time but finding out that you just missed one and needing to wait for 30 mins for the next one only because the driver was a few minutes earlier than the time scheduled. I would say increase the frequency is the key thing.
