Question 2:  

Should children not be allowed to make noise under any circumstances?

解题思路: 

这个题目的问法比较极端一些，让我们讨论是否在任何情况下，小孩子都不允许发出噪音。我们可以从否定这种极端出发，举出例子说明哪些情况下，小孩可以制造一些噪音，会有什么好处。比如游乐场，玩游戏的时候，如果小孩发出噪音，可能不太会打扰其他人，并且他们也会玩的比较开心；当然为了丰富题目，我们也可以说，在一些场所，比如教室，小孩还是需要控制音量，学会纪律的重要性。

Sample Answer:

I don’t think so. If kids are forbidden to be loud under any circumstances, their happy nature might be suppressed. For example, we can see children screaming, laughing, being noisy at amusement park. I think it’s their way to show real emotion and feelings. If we discipline them too much, they might become timid, being afraid of expressing themselves. But when it comes to some places, like a classroom, indoor voices should be praised. So children will know it’s time to behave themselves.
