What matters most about a colleague’s personality?

解题思路: 

这个题目是一道主观题，有很多可以说的方面，只要考生给出合理的解释或者例证即可。注意因为题目里面提到了most，最重要的一个性格特质，所以考生在论述的时候，可以考虑只说一个重要的点，然后给出多个理由或者多个例子，来例证这个特质为什么在你的眼中，比起他的方面更重要一些。也可以反面去说，如果没有这个特质，与之共事会有什么困难。

Sample Answer:

In my opinion, the most essential thing is to be adaptable. In a working environment, we might face different or even urgent situations now and then. Coworkers who are able to adjust make it possible to work towards the company’s goals and deal with sudden changes. Also, being adaptable means he or she can accept changes and learn something new fast. They tend not to create any negative vibe or to complain much, which can be beneficial to boosting employees’ moral.
