范文:
College undergraduates are now preparing themselves to be more competitive for future career development by acquire more certificates. Many of them assume that this can definitely bring success while others consider it not essential.
Education background can generally offer new job applicants an ideal starting point for their career. Master degree, overseas learning experience, academic performance and certificates are seriously weighed and valued when new graduates are hunting for promising jobs because these qualifications represent the precious qualities like industry, intelligent and upfront planning which are likely to guarantee better performance. The credit that prestigious universities have accumulated over centuries convinces companies of offering decent salary and intensive resources to train their future leaders and experts. This sort of initial stage usually proves the foundation of future fame and fortune.
On the other hand, the qualifications solely from education do not always ensure a bright future. The way to higher social status requires multiple qualities in addition to academic abilities. Other human features, nature or nurture, like personality, temper, emotional intelligent and insight, and other objective factors such as family wealth, appearance and luck are also demanded after those young adults officially enter the society. These qualities do assist scenarios like dealing with officious government clerks, balancing needs between superior and subordinate and grasping subtle fleeting chances and they are not likely to be trained and assessed during schooling.
In my view, academia has prepared certain candidates for success by teaching and tests while it does not mean the winners in scholarship can still soar when other qualities are equally measured.
