Well, the simplest thing I did for learning English is actually going to the English salons. To be honest, I have just started this session for several weeks and gradually become interested in it.
The point of this plan was actually to encourage myself to open my mouth and speak as much as possible because I have done so much reading and listening in my English learning but I always felt so nervous and anxious to speak fluently. Thanks to my partner, she brought me to the English salon every Monday and Friday. We could meet anyone from any business, we could share our life, joys and tears, no one would judge our pronunciation or grammar at all, face to face, we felt so secure and supported. Step by step, I feel more confident and all the words I memorized could be more applied into practice. That was amazing.
All in all, I think this learning process is actually really useful and efficient. It not only helps me improve my English but also cultivate my confidence, this is why I would like to share it with other English learners.

When it comes to this topic, I’d like to talk about dubbing, which is one of my favorite methods to improve my oral English, actually I have been doing it for quite a few years since high school.
You may have heard a lot about this skill, and most people would assume it would be quite easy and simple to acquire this skill, but standing closer, you may find it hardly as easy as pie because it does require long term persistence and high level of self-discipline.
What I did was actually not just sitting，staring at the screen or having fun， instead, I had to detect every single word，chunks，liaison as well intonation and so forth，which was absolutely a tricky business. Apart from that, I had to understand and analyze the subtext along with the cultural background to
completely get it. That was just partially done. The most important part was to open your mouth and spare no effort to imitate like a real character in the movie and shows.
Honestly, it takes blood tears and sweat, and everything I did was worthwhile. Finally, when I got the 8 for the IELTS speaking test， all my efforts paid off. It was a bitter and sweet experience.
