Question 1
What kind of people are easy to get along with?
解题思路: 什么样的人容易相处呢？这题很适合举例子。我们身边总有一些同学，感觉很容易相处，我 们可以把他们的性格特质总结出来进行回答，比如，包容他人的缺点和问题，在他人有困难的时候， 热心助人等等。
Sample Answer:
I believe people who are tolerant are generally more approachable. For instance, when their friend is running late for their date, or makes a big mistake in the pair work, people with more tolerance wouldn’t get mad. Instead, they might try to comfort their friend and help them to fix the problem, because they understand that people all have imperfections. These people are usually easier to get along with.
Question 2
How do leaders get along with their subordinates?
解题思路: 领导应该如何与下属相处呢？我们可以使用列举的方法，列举两到三组，我们觉得领导在 与下属相处的过程中，可以注意的小技巧。比如，多给下属认可，让他们感到被看到和被重视；工作 中的休息时间，可以跟下属交朋友，聊一些共同的兴趣爱好。

From my perspective, the most important thing a supervisor should do is to give recognition towards his or her subordinates. Then, every member will feel being seen and valued. They may want to interact with the leader more often, since it increases the chances of getting more positive feedback from the leader. Also, during breaks, the leader can try to forget about his or her role in the company and just be friends with other employees, chatting with them and talking about their hobbies and interests.

Do people have time for themselves nowadays?

Sample Answer:
I think the answer varies for people of different ages. For senior citizens, they have plenty of time for themselves. For instance, it is common to find them dancing in the park after dinner, or signing up for a package tour to different cities during workdays. They even pay for adult education programs to learn new skills or just hang out with other elderly people. However, for younger people, they are either working long hours to support themselves or devoting most of their time to study, trying to outperform their peers in an important exam.
Question 4
Do you like talking with older people? Why?
解题思路: 你喜欢和年长的人交谈吗？如果喜欢，可以说年长的人有经验，可以开到我，帮助我解决问 题。而且老年人一般一个人住，很孤独，需要与人交流和被倾听。如果不喜欢，可以说老年人讲话很 无聊，有代沟，所以聊天内容不是很吸引我。
Sample Answer:
I like chatting with older people. The most important reason is that they can teach me so many things in life. They are older means they are more experienced. They understand what it feels like to meet troubles in life and they probably know the best solution to my problems. So talking with them is really helpful. Besides, it helps them to feel better about themselves too. Some old people live alone and far away from their children, so it would be nice if someone can listen to them talking about things they care about.
