Part 3:
Question1:
What kinds of things do people usually lose?
Sample answer:
As far as I know, there are quite a wide range of things people usually lose. For the perspective of tangible things, people usually lose something really small or pretty much neglectable such as keys, flash drives or even the phone charger. Because sometimes after charging, you could easily forget it when you leave the room, this is pretty much common in coffee shops or on a taxi.
Besides, let's look at the intangible things, sometimes when you send some files or pictures to your tutors or your study partners, if they didn't download and store the files immediately on their electronic gadgets like the laptop or smart phones, it could also be possible that these documents would just slide away from the server, which would definitely give you a headache.
Question2:
What do people often do when losing things?
Sample answer:
Well, it depends on the things they lose. For example, if something really expensive or significant was missing like a golden necklace or some contracts, the owner would call the police and the insurance company to find professional help. Even a private detective would be a good choice as well. On the contrary, if it is only something pretty small or of little value, and there is maybe not much hope to find it back, the owners, especially the youngsters would just post a complaint on the social media as a self-mockery. And apart from that, there was pretty much nothing to do at all.
Question 3:
Is it an effective way to use rewards to find lost things?
Sample answer:
Honestly, I wouldn't be 100% positive on this idea but admittedly, it would be effective to some extent. For example, if you lost your phone and you promise to give like 1000 Yuan as a gift to the ones who found it, this could be very luring compared to a sleeping smart phone. This 1000 Yuan could be be of greater use.
However, this proposal could also be a double-edged sword. I mean, in some extreme cases, this could be an motive, incentive or invitation for the potential criminals to “kidnap” your properties or your pets, therefore bringing some misleading trend to the society.
Question 4:
What kinds of people may lose things often?
Sample answer:
Obviously they forgetful and absent-minded people would be on top of this ranking, for example, they would easily leave things here and there even if there was a reminder on their phones to constantly ring a bell about the keys or the flash drive or something like that, they would still forget it due to the poor memory. What's more,Anyone with poor sleep would make such mistakes as well, I think with proper help, but I’m quite confident that these mistakes could be avoided in advance at some point.
