Sample answer:

I guess I would go for a personal garden, simply because it’s much more peaceful and I can enjoy the quiet time. Also, I can do whatever I want without having to worry about disturbing others. As for public gardens, I would say they are sometimes too noisy and crowded, and so they’re not for me.
