Sample answer:

I remember when I was in primary school, we were asked to copy out the articles on the textbook as a kind of homework for the winter or summer vacation. And I should say that was by far the most soul- destroying thing that I did because it was terribly mechanical and awfully time-consuming, which never failed to drive me mad with boredom.
