Well, when it comes to this topic, the first one pops into my mind is absolutely HDL, which is one of the most popular catering company in my country. Actually, it has been running in home and overseas for over a decade since it took the first step into food industry.
Well, I suppose this company is a very large-scale business, hiring millions of employees including security or sales personnel contributing so much to the employment annually. These people are well cooperated and collaborated in different departments such as accounting, marketing restaurants and so forth. I mean whenever you go to this restaurant, even at 2:00 AM, you may still get quality customer service, cooking for you，24/7 at your service，like home away from home. As a cog in a machine, everyone is trying hard to fulfill his/ her obligations. As a result, the company has become a leading enterprise from an unknown. Although so many staff are hired, it is not chaotic at all. I guess this is because of both managing expertise and mutual respect in this company's philosophy. I still remember that once I went to this hot pot by myself to my surprise, they waiter just placed a really giant stuffed bear in front of me to keep good company.
All in all, I kind of like this company not only because of its products but also the Service and how they employees are treated, the humane care it offers. I guess this is why it could run smoothly through fair or stormy weathers.
