Sample Answer
So, I want to talk about a robot vacuum cleaner that my family purchased last year. We bought it in November when this big, China's counterpart to Cyber Monday was going on, so technically this machine is quite a bargain.
Now, the robot vacuum we ordered was the latest model because we knew that you cannot go cheap on electronics. So, one month in, everything worked like magic. The robot comes with a powerful motor, so the floor of my house was as clean as polished. The most amazing part, though, is that you can program a schedule, upon the end of which the robot would automatically trace itself back to its charging port. However, one month later, it somehow stopped working with an error code flashing on its display.
Usually, at this point, people would contact customer service to schedule a repair or possibly a replacement, but as a guy, I would really like to repair it on my own because it was a matter of dignity and asking for help would be proof of my incompetence. So, I looked up the user's manual, gave my robot a diagnosis, broke it down, repaired the malfunctioning component, and put everything back in their places, except the fact that I got a couple of parts left out, which is the worst you could imagine when fixing things by yourself.
I ended up spending some extra two or three hours putting the pieces back, and thankfully, the robot got back to work. It was a lesson learned but a man's urge to repair things is simply too hard to suppress.
