Well, when it comes to this topic, I'd like to talk about a barn which is one of my favorite places in my uncle’s house in the bamboo village.
This barn, a two-story one, stands in the North of the yard, right in front of it is a small pond where there are fish and water lilies. So within only one-minute walk, you can easily get exposed to the nature.
Right inside the barn, I would rather call it a small cottage, there was a tiny courtyard constructed with transparent roof, as a result, it is always filled with sunshine, which is a fantastic spot to lead an idyllic existence. In addition, the scent of hay in the air always drags me back to the carefree childhood memories of sitting cross-legged, listening to birds singing, etc. What a perfect getaway!
I still remember that several months ago, my cousin drove us to the bamboo village, in this barn, under the starry sky, it felt like we were living in one Van Gogh's masterpiece.
In a word, this is literally the most gorgeous place I've ever been to. Although it could be seen as a real backwater, personally, it is my all-time favorite.
