Well, I don’t think so, since I believe that animals, even pets, belong to the natural world. They need to be able to run around in the field, and lie under the sunlight. However, keeping the pets in the city means the pets need to stay in the room for most of the time. It’s like keeping them in the cage, which is totally against their nature.
