I would say so. In the past, children had to sit in front of the TV set to watch, but nowadays they tend to have a much longer screen time on portable devices such as iPads or smart phones. So it's important for parents to set a limit on screen time for their kids and they should also be good role models in their own use of tech. Plus, they shouldn't regard television as a substitute babysitter.
