在现在的社会里,团队的领导(对团队的工作和凝聚力)起着至关重要的作用. 大多数人都认为年长的人可以胜任领导的职位,但是同时也有很多年轻人在公司和团体中担任要职。而且我认为,年轻人同样可以称为一个好领导。
In nowadays society, leaders in a team play a crucial role within both working stuffs and group cohesion. The majority of people claim that elderly people can fit for leader's position more than the youth, whereas at the same time, there are also a lot of young people who occupy such an important position in a company or a group. And I personally think that young people have the ability to become good leaders.
虽然说我们承认相对于年轻人来说,年长的人在领导团队上有其自身的明显优势,比如更为丰富的经验,更长远的目光,更清晰的执行计划的思路。但这并不等同于否认年轻人在领导位置上的作为和贡献,换句话说有很多的理由是可以证明年轻人会为团队带来好处的,公司的发展。
We have to admit that compared with the youngsters, the elderly tend to possess their own apparent strengths, including sufficient experience, long-term perspective as well as distinct strategies for carrying out projects. Nevertheless, this does not necessarily mean the younger leaders are not adequate for being director. Instead, there are lots of reasons claiming that young people can bring benefits for the team and the development of the company.
首先公司的发展需要有一定的活力,而这正是年轻人身上最大的优势,这种活力可以为公司带来很多新的想法,这些创意能在市场当中获得第一时间的竞争力。
First of all, the development of the company needs active energy, and that's what the biggest advantages young people have, which can contribute many creative ideas to the company. These ideas can help the firm to get the first-hand messages and victory in the market competitiveness.
此外,年轻人比年长的人更有斗志,能带动整个团队积极地筹备项目。由于大多数刚刚离开校园不久的年轻人,为了在某个工作领域当中获得比较体面的薪水和职位,他一定会尽自己最大的努力去完成自己的任务,从而获得大家的信任。如果这样的年轻人来做企业领导,势必会带动他的团队一起向前冲。这样既能提高工作效率,又能增强团队的凝聚力。
In addition, young people have more ambition and motivation than elder people, which encourages their members to be more active in the implement of projects. Most young people just left the school, so in order to work in a good company and to get higher position with a stable salary, they have to try their best to finish a task, just to get everybody's trust. If such a young man can become a business leader to head his team striving forward, he can not only enhance group working efficiency, but also strengthen the team cohesion.
总之,我们不能否认年长者在领导阶级所体现出来的能力和优势,但于此同时年轻人的亮点也同样值得一个公司重视。所以问题并不在于年龄的问题,而在于一个公司更需要什么样的人才。
All in all, we cannot be blind to the capability and competitiveness of the elderly in leading class of a corporation. Spontaneously, the shining points from the young are also worth noticing. Therefore, the point is not lying in the age difference but in the demand for a company to seek what kind of talents.
