对于这个题目来说，如果图书馆仍然有必要的话，那理由就可以是它的独特性，是科技所不能取代的。比如，图书馆总能够给人们创造一个安静的环境，图书馆总能提供书籍和信息给用不起或是用不了手机或者电脑的人。
Sample Answer:
Indeed, people seem to be relying on technology for reading and researching more and more these days but libraries, are still important and necessary since they are calming environments. Take me as an example, at the library, my mind goes into work mode. I find myself focusing more on my work and less on my friends and social media so libraries are still a perfect study and work place for people to enjoy personal time. Besides, libraries can help underprivileged kids develop a love of reading and learning. For those who cannot afford a phone or computer, libraries are a heaven to access information and knowledge.
