Rain雨
1. Does it rain much in your hometown?
It rains about 158 days a year in my hometown which is quite similar to the South partof England. But it usually just drizzles or if it does rain, it rains for a dayor a few and then there will be a patch of good weather.
【我的家乡一年中有158天是雨天，这点和英格兰南部很像。但一般都是毛毛雨，如果下，也就是下一天或几天雨，然后跟着就是连续几天的好天气。】
2. What do you do on rainy days?
In the rainydays I'd love to just stay at home and enjoy the sound of the rain falling. Inthe ice-cold rainy season, say, November and December, the rainy morning couldbe romantic and peaceful. That makes a good match to reading.
【在雨天，我就喜欢宅家里静听雨声。而到了寒冷的秋冬时节，比如十一月和十二月，下雨的早上就比较浪漫和宁静。这样的时刻读读书挺好的。】
3. What isthe importance of the rainfall?
Rain is so important to us. It irrigates our crops, it gives us water our body needs. In addition, rainfall is a rich source of literary works, because sunny days are good for laundry whereas the rainy one suits poetry.
【雨对我们太重要了。雨灌溉农作物，给我们的身体提供足够的水分。另外，雨水也是文学作品的重要灵感来源，因为晴天适合洗晒衣物，而雨天则充满诗意。】
